Jeff has been a client in Options For All's Enhanced Behavioral Support (EBS) program for more than six years. When he first joined, communicating his wants and needs in community settings was challenging. He often relied on staff to order meals or speak with cashiers on his behalf.
With personalized support, Jeff practiced planning ahead, making healthy choices, role-playing conversations, and ordering and paying for meals independently. As his confidence grew, staff gradually stepped back, offering encouragement while Jeff took the lead.
Today, Jeff confidently orders his own meals, counts out his money, and interacts independently with cashiers. His journey reflects the power of consistent support, determination, and the confidence that comes from building new skills.

Stephen has been a client in Tailored Day Services (TDS) for several years and recently reached an exciting milestone with the support of his Direct Support Professional (DSP), Alondra.
Knowing Stephen's passion for local history and storytelling, Alondra helped him apply for a volunteer opportunity at the Corona Public Library. After successfully completing his background check, Stephen is one step closer to volunteering in the library's Heritage Room, where he'll assist visitors in locating historical resources while sharing his knowledge of the City of Corona.
This achievement reflects Stephen's dedication and growth, as well as Alondra's commitment to helping him build confidence, develop new skills, and become more involved in his community. We're proud of Stephen for reaching this milestone and excited to see the impact he'll make.
